Not only did he help me to understand the ins and outs of operational proceedings and other factors pertaining to business success, but he also left me with some wise words that have stuck with me ever since…
“Profit is the reward for doing the right things.”
These are words that I’ve lived by for quite a few years now and I feel like the mentality they’ve built within me has really paid off for both myself and my clients.
To me, they instil a sense of integrity and genuine care for the work you do. If you’re in business for the right reasons, to do the right things and to make a positive difference in the lives of your clients, the profits will usually speak for themselves.

Thanks Ian, you absolute legend! The time I spent working with you has seriously helped me throughout my career in various roles and has helped shape the mission and vision of the business I run today.
